PART I: The HEART First Backstory

PART 1 recounts the mind-blowing story connecting me to HEART First’s ideation and evolution; its becoming being how I found my current purpose in life.

The story begins 11/11/11 when I experienced 3 baffling intuitions over 1 minute’s time. Without giving away more then necessary the second of the three intuitions directed me to write 26 alphabetically Lettered ‘A to Z’ Meditations to the question, “What is the purpose of life?”. The third intuition directed me to co-create each Lettered Meditation with a Canadian woman, Arlene Barlin who I’d only know a short time but felt spiritually connected to the few times we were fortunate to connect with each other (I lived in New York City at the time).

 Unknowingly, and in retrospect, blessedly, our actions seeded HEART First; our Lettered “A to Z’ Meditations becoming the centerpiece of the eBook.
